Pricing Policy
Bensons for Beds follows guidance contained within the Pricing Practices Guide published by the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.
Price labels:
Unless otherwise stated, here is a small guide to explain our price labels.
- "Was" - a price reduction compared to prices which were offered both online and in all our stores, for a period, prior to the commencement of any sale or promotional discount
- "After Event Price", "Higher After Event Price", "Standard Price" - Products may be compared at a 'Higher After Event Price', which will be offered at the higher price, for a period of time, immediately following the end of the respective sale or promotional discount period.
- "Recommended Retail Price" - Are prices provided by suppliers that we may compare our own prices to.
- "Final Reduction", "Super Clearance", "Special Price" or "Clearance" - Are the lowest price a product will ever be discounted and will remain at that price.
- "Total Price" - Refers to the total accumulated price of all the combined aspects/accessories/products of a package deal.
Please note:
- Images are for illustration purposes only, they do not necessarily represent the items described.
- All divan bed sets only include the base and mattress - headboards are not included.
- All products offered are subject to availability.
- The information, services, prices and products provided on and throughout this site are subject to change without notice. In the event of a genuine website error or inaccuracy we reserve the right to withdraw an offer immediately.
- Bensons for Beds reserve the right to cancel all confirmed orders that are subject to genuine website error or inaccuracy, this may or may not be related to product pricing.
- Intervening lower prices may apply during the sale event.
- If your order includes free items and you decide to return the products which qualify for the items, you must also return the free item/s or the cost of the items will be deducted from your refund. It is your responsibility to return these items and not the responsibility of the driver collecting your products to request the free items on collection of your return.
- If you cannot accept your delivery within 14 days of the original agreed delivery date, your order may be subject to storage charges. See terms and conditions for more details.

- Offers are only available online and not redeemable in store or by phone.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion code.
Promotion:
All promotions on bensonsforbeds.co.uk are subject to availability, whilst stock lasts and/or until the end of the promotional period as stated on the homepage or the product details page. Bensons For Beds reserves the right to change or cancel a promotion at any time during a promotional period. Promotional discounts exclude Half Price Models, products highlighted as 60% off or more, Clearance and Special Price products, along with promotional package deals.
- Up To Half Price or more on selected Beds, Divans and Mattresses, as stated on product detail pages. Available whilst stock lasts or until 30th September 2022.
- £30 delivery on all orders over £100, which will be calculated after discounts and promotions have been applied. Orders under £100 will be charged £10.
- £/% off selected qualifying products, as stated on product details pages. Discount will be applied directly to the product prior to being added to the basket. No further discount or promotion will be applied to the qualifying product unless stated otherwise.
- Free products when purchasing selected items, as stated on product detail pages. This includes 'Buy One, Get One Free' promotions. Free products will be added to the basket when qualifying products are selected. Bensons reserves the right to change the free products to a similar item of the same value to fulfil sale if free product is out of stock. If qualifying product is returned to then the free item must also be returned or the full value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
- £/% off selected items when purchased with another item, as stated on product detail pages. This includes 'Buy One, Get One Half Price' promotions. Discount will be applied at basket when qualifying product and promotional product as added together in a single transaction. If qualifying product is returned, but the promotional product is retained the customer, then the promotion will be void, the promotional product will return to full price and the difference will be deducted from your refund.
- “New Customer Welcome promotion” - £25 off your first order over £250+. Awarded once per customer on their initial order who signs up to Bensons for Beds newsletter and agrees to our terms and conditions & cookie policy.
- “£/% Off When Bought With A Mattress” Promotion - Discount will be applied at basket when either a bed frame or a divan base is purchased alongside a mattress together in a single transaction. If the mattress is returned, but the bed frame or divan base is retained by the customer, then the promotion will be void, the bed frame or divan base will return to full price and the difference will be deducted from your refund. The following products are excluded from the promotion, Simply Bensons Options Divan Base On Castors and Simply Bensons Options Ottoman Divan Base On Castors.
