Medium eco mattresses may be a good fit for adult side-sleepers. If you sleep on your side and consider yourself to have an average height and build, a medium mattress will offer you enough resistance to support you properly while being soft enough on those key pressure points.

Here’s a summary of the different bed sizes and who they’re best-suited to:
Small single mattresses. Small single mattresses are usually a great option for kids, especially those transitioning from a cot bed into a big boy or girl bed. They’re also great for smaller bedrooms (also known as box rooms) that aren’t quite big enough to fit a full size single.
Single mattresses. A UK standard single mattress measures 90cm x 190cm (or 3ft x 6ft3”). They are specifically designed to sleep one adult comfortably all night long.
Small double mattresses. Small double mattresses give solo sleepers a little more space to spread out as they sleep or provide a cosy sleep for two. Mattresses in a small double size measure 120cm x 190cm (or 4ft x 6ft3”).
Double mattresses. Double mattresses are one of the most popular mattress sizes here in the UK. Designed to sleep two people comfortably (and on a regular basis), these mattresses measure 135cm wide x 190cm long (or 4ft6” x 6ft3”).
King size mattresses. King size mattress popularity is on the rise. Measuring 150cm x 200cm (or 5ft x 6ft6”), mattresses in king size are 15cm wider and 10cm longer than a double.
Super king mattresses. A super king mattress is as big as it gets in the UK. Boasting 180cm x 200cm (or 6ft x 6ft6”) of comfy sleep surface, a super king eco mattress allows two people sharing a bed enough space to spread out as they please.
