Originally, due to the proximity to my home (I started as a temp in the call Centre), but have grown to love working for Bensons as my experience has grown and role has changed and developed. If I’m working in the bed industry, it’s going to be for Bensons.

10 years with Bensons, 6 in Customer service and 4 years in QC. I have dealt with both sides, dealing with our customers in CS, then being the customer in my QC role.
