All our refurbished mattresses are meticulously inspected and tested using our 22 point quality check, and the mattress is then deep-cleaned to hospital standards, and sterilised using UV light, ready for it to be welcomed into your sleep space. Organic cotton is one of the softest and most breathable natural fibres available, giving your mattress a luxurious heavenly feel. Bamboo creates a clever microclimate that encourages your body to stay warm whilst keeping you dry and comfortable. The final addition is flax fibre. Although soft, flax fibres are strong, flexible, and breathable so when mixed with cotton, it creates the perfect recipe for a great night’s sleep.

Delivery is Monday to Friday from 7am, you will be notified of your 2hr delivery window in the afternoon 3 days prior to delivery.

We deliver your order to the room of your choice and will walk the route beforehand, to consider any items we may need you to move.

Our delivery crews will always wear overshoes in your home and wear gloves during the delivery.

We will recycle any packaging that has been removed, if you want us to.

We know it takes a while to get used to your new bed. So if after 5 nights you don’t find your bed totally comfy, we’ll exchange it for a new one. You’ll need to have used a mattress protector to qualify, but we promise to make the whole exchange process quick and simple. All we ask is that you try your new mattress for at least 5 nights.
