- Any individual who purchases from Bensons for Beds Retail Limited (Company Number: 12528962) of 3rd Floor, The Globe Centre, 1 St James Square, Accrington, Lancashire, BB5 0RE, United Kingdom (“Bensons”) a Hypnos Luxurious Earth Collection Mattress (“Applicable Model”) between 27th March 2024 and 9th April 2024 (unless no stock of the Applicable Model remains in which case the closing date will be the date of the last sale of the Applicable Model if this date is before 9th April) online or instore (“Hypnos Customer”) will receive one 2 x adult and 2 x kids entry ticket to the Eden Project (“Eden Entrance Ticket”).
- Only one Eden Voucher will be provided per order notwithstanding the number of Applicable Models purchased in that order.
- The Hypnos Customer will need to provide a valid email address in order to receive an email from Bensons about how to obtain their Eden Entrance Ticket and this email to be sent from Bensons will also ask the Hypnos Customer to provide their consent for their personal details to be passed by Bensons to the Eden Project in order for the Hypnos Customer to be able to use the Eden Entrance Ticket. If a Hypnos Customer does not provide an email address and/or does not provide their consent the Hypnos Customer will not be able to use the Eden Entrance Ticket. The Hypnos Customer will not receive an Eden Entrance Ticket if it is an employee of Bensons or the Eden Project itself.
- Only 1 x Eden Entrance Ticket can be used per email address provided. Bensons reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems necessary to ensure that only one Eden Entrance Ticket has been requested per Hypnos Customer email address provided.
- If the Customer either cancels or returns its order for an Applicable Model, Bensons reserves the right to not provide and/or reclaim the cost of the Eden Entrance Ticket from the Hypnos Customer.
- Bensons reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel this offer at any time and its decision in all matters relating to this offer is final. There is no alternative to the Eden Entrance Ticket, cash or otherwise. The use of the Eden Entrance Ticket is subject to any terms and conditions of the Eden Entrance Ticket itself including any expiration date which Bensons understands to be 31 December 2024. The Hypnos Customer must contact the Box Office at the Eden Project (01726 811972) directly to use their Eden Entrance Ticket. The 2 x adult and 2 x children Eden Entrance Ticket permits general admission to Eden for two adults and two children provided the Eden Project is open to the public on that day. The Hypnos Customer must give at least five working days’ notice ahead of their intended visit date to book.
- The Hypnos Customer understands and agrees that it is ultimately their responsibility to be aware of any expiry date or other terms and conditions of the Eden Entrance Ticket and to provide any information such as any personal data requested by the Eden Project themselves to use the Eden Entrance Ticket.
- Bensons accepts no responsibility for any damage loss injury or disappointment suffered by a Hypnos Customer or anyone else in relation to this offer.
- This offer is governed by English law and should there be any dispute the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
