Paying your outstanding balance (should you have one)
Unfortunately, we can only deliver your order if you have paid your item in full. This needs to be completed at least 5 days before your delivery date.

Preparing for your delivery
Many of our products are large and bulky. To avoid disappointment, please take some time to measure your room of choice to ensure the product fits in the space it is intended for. Don’t forget to measure your access points too, making sure there’s enough room through your doorways, round tight corners and upstairs, if applicable.

If you realise that your products won't fit into the room of choice, or we won't be able to access your room of choice, please contact us via the store where you purchased your products or through our Customer Services team on 0333 222 6800. We'll be on hand to help you choose an alternative product that will fit. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of placing your order in store to avoid any cancellation charges.
Change your delivery date
If something comes up, you can change your delivery date up to 5 days before delivery is scheduled.
