What is Bensons for Beds Assembly Service?

Our expert crew will deliver the bed into the room of choice and assemble it for you, so you don’t have to. Our expert crews are trained to build your new bed for you, making it safe and sound for years to come. We’ll make sure the room is clean and tidy after we have completed the assembly and most importantly, we’ll take you through all the main features of the new bed and any care instructions you may need to know.

You can select our expert Installation service either instore, online or via our telesales team, we’ll even let you add it to your order at any point prior to the delivery of your new bed*.

*Up to the point that your delivery has been routed. Adding assembly may change your delivery date. Please contact your local store, online team, or telesales to add assembly onto your order.

Introducing our bed assembly service. Here you’ll find the price range for the different type of beds and bed frames we’re now offering an assembly service on. From ottoman bed assembly to bed frame assembly and beyond, we’re excited to be extending our list of services to include this time-saving solution. Whether you’re wanting us to assemble your new divan bed and headboard, or want to skip the process of putting an ottoman divan base together, for a small fee we can now do all of this for you upon delivery. Spend less time looking at assembly instructions and more time enjoying your brand new bed.

Frequently asked questions

If you are yet to complete your purchase, you can add it onto your order instore by speaking with one of our sleep experts, online on the product page, and via telesales by calling 0333 222 6800. If you have already made your purchase and you want to add assembly to your order, you can do so up to the point that your order has been routed for delivery. Please contact your local store, or our customer services on 0333 222 6800 if you have ordered online, or the telesales team on 0333 222 6800 if you have ordered via telesales.

If you have selected to take our assembly service, it’s important that you make space for the expert installers to work, this may mean moving out any moveable items out of the room of choice.

You will need to consider where the new bed is going within the room considering any special features your new purchase has such as which way your side ottoman bed may open. Remember to check if doors will open or close with your bed’s new location.

Within your email communications from us, you will have an estimated assembly time communicated to you, please take note of this as it’s important that you are free at the end of the assembly for us to take you through the care instructions and important information in the handover.

The expert crew will make contact with you prior to your delivery to introduce themselves. If you have selected our recycling service too, we’ll take you old items away for you, just remember to dismantle or disassemble your headboard or bedframe accordingly. Between us taking your old items out and assembling your new ones, you may want to clean the area that the old bed has come from.

At the end of your expert assembly, our crews will ensure that the bed meets our high standards, they will also take you through; Important information. Care instructions. Any maintenance requirements. Any spare parts left over including the assembly instructions, just in case you need to move the bed in the future. Any features that may require explaining or demonstrating.

Yes, regardless if you have purchased a new mattress for your new bed, we will always put the mattress onto your new bed.
